J.J. Blake Technical Services, LLC provides a series of services to assist the needs of owners, lenders and international corporations. Primary services include engineering Property Condition Assessments (PCA), Environmental Phase I Reports, Mold Assessments and Seismic Evaluations including Probable Maximum Loss (PML) and Retrofit Recommendations.
