Blake & PIX ATIS REAL is a strategic alliance between Joseph J. Blake & Associates, Inc., and ATIS REAL's PIX . Headquartered in Miami, Florida, PIX is a well-known provider of real estate consulting and advisory services in Latin America.

ATIS REAL, one of Europe's largest full-service commercial real estate firms, recently purchased PIX. ATIS REAL's other wholly owned commercial real estate companies and brands include Auguste-Thouard (France and Spain), Muller (Germany and Eastern Europe) and Weatheralls (U.K., Belgium and Northern Europe).

PIX maintains offices in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Venezuela. Plans currently call for the opening of an office in Mexico. PIX has a client base of U.S. and Latin American corporations, financial institutions, development companies and pension funds.

The purpose of the alliance is to provide U.S.-style appraisals, consulting and due diligence services to the Latin American and Caribbean markets. Blake's sister company, J.J. Blake Technical Services, LLC, is the preferred provider of engineering and environmental services to the venture. All of these services are directed toward global investors, corporate users and lenders considering investments in Latin America.

Joseph W. Hatzell, MAI, Vice President and Manager of Blake's Latin American Division, is located in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Hatzell directs a team of bilingual professionals responsible for Latin American assignments. He is the business liaison for all activities with PIX.
