Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. has recently formed a Hospitality Division. The goal of this division is to provide high quality appraisals, consulting and due diligence for individual assets and portfolios of this specialized asset class.

To create the division, Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc., has drawn from its extensive roster of valuation experts. The division is headed by David Fuller, MAI, Vice President, and operated out of the firm's Washington D.C. office. David is responsible for managing the division and all client relationships. Brian Johnson is responsible for product development and interoffice coordination.

The formation of the Hospitality Division underlines our emphasis to expand our valuation services into the more specialized areas of real estate. We anticipate that the division will play an important role to our clients as we continue to expand the availability of our services globally. The division is currently actively coordinating their efforts with our strategic partners in Latin America and Japan.
